An embodiment of the present invention is provided to form sensing electrodes on one or more sides of a substrate having flexible characteristics and to form the sensing electrodes as a flexible conductive mesh shape, thereby securing the flexible characteristics and reducing the thickness. A flexible touch screen panel is provided to form a polarizing plate having the flexible characteristics on the substrate, thereby solving a problem that the sensing electrodes are visible.
