The present invention relates to an electro-permanent magnetic chuck using permanent magnets and electromagnets, which enables easy inspection, repair, and replacement of thereof in case parts, such as electromagnets, installed inside of a main body are out of order because the parts and the main body are detachably coupled to each other. The electro-permanent magnetic chuck is composed of: a main body which is composed of a base and a bed installed on the top of the base to be detached by a first coupling unit; multiple protrusion parts which are protruding from the top and bottom of the bed; permanent magnets which are installed on the protrusion parts and magnetize the protrusion parts to function as upper poles; electromagnets which are installed on the bottom surfaces of the protrusion parts to be detached by second coupling units; and magnet receiving grooves which are formed on the top surface of the base and receive the electromagnets therein. |
