The present invention relates to a process for purifying sodium chloride generated in the process of manufacturing ethyleneamines and, in particular, to a purification method for sodium chloride comprising the steps of: centrifugating a solution or suspension including sodium chloride generated after neutralizing ammonium chloride with sodium hydroxide in the process of manufacturing ethyleneamines using ethylene dichloride and aqueous ammonia; removing liquid including organic compounds after the centrifugation and recovering generated solids.
