The present invention relates to a manufacturing method which simply manufactures plastic coated with a photocatalyst within a short time at low temperatures by using microwave irradiation in a processing method for coating the photocatalyst of a titanium oxide precursor including titanium oxide nanoparticles and nickel oxide primers used for coating plastic with a photocatalyst. In the photocatalyst coated on the plastic, electrons and holes excited by ultraviolet ray and visible ray are separated and used in a chemical reaction without recombination, thereby increasing process efficiency more than two times in comparison with the conventional method.
