The present invention relates to a guide device for transferring a material with preload by a permanent magnet, which allows a bed to stably and precisely slide on a base in a linear direction without vibration and noise by generating preload applying gravitation to the gap between the bed and the base through the magnetic force of the permanent magnet. The guide device comprises: a base; a bed located on the top of the base; guide units which are installed on both sides of the gap between the base and the bed and allows the bed to slide on the base in a linear direction; and one or more magnetic poles which are installed between the bed and the guide units and generates preload for pushing the bed downwards by a magnetic force of a plurality of permanent magnets installed on the outer surfaces thereof.
