PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate maintenance work of a multistage centrifugal compressor for compressing an actuation gas by impellers attached to two output shafts of a parallel shaft gear speed increaser. SOLUTION: The multistage centrifugal compressor includes: a motor; an input shaft driven by the motor and attached with a bull gear; the two output shafts arranged parallel to the input shaft and formed with pinions intermediately thereof in an axial direction; centrifugal impellers attached at least to three ends of the two output shafts; an integrated casing in which a gear speed increaser for accommodating the bull gear and the pinions and a cooler part for cooling the actuation gas at a high temperature compressed by the centrifugal impellers are integrated; and an upper casing for covering an upper surface of the integrated casing. A gear speed increaser part of the integrated casing, where the bull gear is accommodated, extends in the axial direction, and an end surface of the extension part is detachably attached with a lubricating pump of the multistage centrifugal compressor.
