PURPOSE: A nozzle device for injection molding is provided to reduce the friction resistance in flowing of a resin by polishing surfaces of first and second runner forming grooves, thereby preventing the degradation of the fluidity of the resin. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle device for injection molding comprises a manifold(20), one or more nozzles(40), and a runner(25). A melted resin is inserted into the manifold. The one or more nozzles are joined in the lower part of the manifold and inject the resin injected into the manifold to a cavity(15) of a mold. The runner is formed in the inside of the manifold and guides the resin injected into the manifold to the nozzles. A diameter of at least a portion of the runner is gradually diminished. |
