The device has a cylindrical or bracelet shaped rigid shell (2) with two parallel faces comprising two flexible parts (3, 4) that are opposite to each other. One of the flexible parts is provided with a slit for introduction of a portion of a blister pack (1). The flexible part allows breaking of the pack of drugs to release the drugs while the other flexible part protects interior of the device by closing the slit when pressure is not applied, and allows passage of the drug only if the pressure on is applied to the pack.
