The present invention relates to an injection molding apparatus equipped with a separating type mold and, more specifically, to the injection molding apparatus equipped with the separating type mold in which panel heaters are formed in a heating mold. The injection molding apparatus equipped with heating mold in which panel heaters are formed according to the present invention comprises a first mold and a second mold which includes a second cavity surface. And the first mold includes a first surface and a second surface which is distanced from a first surface, and in which the panel heaters are formed. The first surface includes the heating mold which is face with the second cavity surface, and which forms cavity with the second cavity and a cooling mold which moves between a first location contacted with the second surface of the heating mold and a second location which grows apart from the second surface of the heating mold and equips with a cooling surface contacted with the second surface of the heating mold. Here, the panel heater comprises a first insulation layer formed on the second surface of the heating mold; a heating element pattern formed on top of the first insulation layer; and a second insulation layer formed on top of the first insulation layer in which the heating element pattern is formed. The described injection molding apparatus uniformly heats whole heating mold and prevents strength degradation of the heating mold by processing the heating mold for laying a heater. In addition, the injection molding apparatus is easy to be applied in an injection molding apparatus which equips a curved cavity surface. |
