The present invention relates to a method for screening a material which promotes the migration of stem cells into a cartilage lesion. The screening method according to the present invention is able to select a material which promotes the migration of stem cells into a cartilage lesion by conjugating a test material with heparin-conjugate fibrin gel (HCF), attaching the conjugate to the cartilage lesion, gradually releasing a test material, and measuring the migration of stem cells by the test material. |
