The present invention relates to a collecting type grass mover device capable of mowing grass while a user rides on the device and, more specifically, to the collecting type grass mover device which is provided to facilitate to damp mowed grass by forming a loading unit capable of sucking the mowed grass cut by a lawn mower and collecting simultaneously with the mowing task; to facilitate a discharge of the collected grass; and to rapidly and efficiently performing a mowing task by forming front and rear wheels capable of being rotated respectively by including driving wheels.
