The present invention provides a light transmission control film which includes: i) a first transparent substrate and a second transparent substrate which faces the first transparent substrate; and ii) a light transmission control layer which is arranged between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate and includes a transparent polymer layer, liquid crystal molecules which are dispersed on the transparent polymer layer, and photoelectric conversion particles which are dispersed on the transparent polymer layer. The light transmission control film is expected to be used in various industrial fields like electronic devices, construction materials, and an automobile industry.
