The present invention relates to a manifold block for a fuel cell stack and, in particular, to a manifold block for a fuel cell capable of securing excellent electric insulation for a cooling water path among inner paths. For this purpose, the present invention comprises a cooling water interface molded by using a polymeric insulating material with an excellent insulating property and having a cooling water path, and a reaction gas interface molded by using a metallic material with excellent formability and having a reaction gas path, wherein the interfaces are interconnected and integrated when the interfaces are mounted on a stack module.
