The present invention relates to a fixed/mobile convergence terminal and a method for automatically setting up access information for a fixed/mobile convergence service, wherein the terminal enables a user to set up access information in the fixed/mobile convergence terminal with only a single input operation without leaking the access information, which is required for accessing a call processing server, when providing an enterprise fixed/mobile convergence service. A method for setting up access information of a call processing server for a fixed/mobile convergence service in a fixed/mobile convergence terminal according to the present invention comprises the following steps: a step of transmitting a request for access information including terminal identification information to a management server in a communication network according to the input of a user; a step of receiving call processing server access information, which was retrieved by using the terminal identification information, from the management server; and a step of storing and setting up the received call processing server access information in the terminal.
