A CRBT(Coloring Ring Back Tone) validity date management system and server and an operation method therefor are provided to assign a predetermined validity date to an event CRBT suitable for a trend, and to guide updating by a message before the validity date expires, thus a terminal user can use the event CRBT at an inexpensive cost. MSs(Mobile Stations)(100) designate basic CRBTs and event CRBTs to input the designated CRBTs, and change/update an event CRBT whose validity date expires. A CRBT service server(120) searches the CRBTs designated by the MSs by code information, and provides the searched CRBTs to a calling party. A CRBT management server(130) records the code information of the designated basic CRBTs and event CRBTs, and controls to send an expiry guide message once validity date of the event CRBTs expires, then processes an accounting process. A message server(140) delivers a validity date expiry guide message to the MSs. |
