PURPOSE: A cultivation method of mushrooms using an Eleutherococcus senticosus hot water extract is provided to offer the abundant amount of active ingredients in Eleutherococcus senticosus to the mushrooms. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of mushrooms using an Eleutherococcus senticosus hot water extract comprises the following steps: cutting the stem, the root, and leaves of Eleutherococcus senticosus; mixing 100 parts of cut Eleutherococcus senticosus by weight with 200-400 parts of water by weight, and heating the mixture at 100-130 deg. C for 2-5 hours to obtain the Eleutherococcus senticosus hot water extract(S100); mixing the Eleutherococcus senticosus hot water extract with 2-3 times the amount of water to obtain a dilutant(S200); mixing 100 parts of sawdust by weight, 20-30 parts of rice bran by weight, and 0.5-5 parts of starch to obtain a mixed medium for the mushrooms(S300); adding 100-150 parts of Eleutherococcus senticosus hot water dilutant to 100 parts of mixed medium by weight(S400); and injecting mushroom spawns to the medium, and cultivating the mushrooms at 22-28 deg. C for 50-80 days(S500, S600).
