The present invention is related to a support frame for a vehicle retractor and a burr forming method for the same to secure product reliability by increasing the bonding strength between a support frame and a winding case; to improve product quality by accurately following the tolerance when a burr is formed on the support frame to join the winding case in a forging process and smoothing the surface of the burr; and to prevent a forming device for the burr from being damaged. The support frame for the retractor of a vehicle comprises a vehicle body fixing part to be bolted to a vehicle body; a pair of case fixing parts vertically bent at both ends of the vehicle fixing part to be joined to the winding case which winds a seatbelt; and a plurality of burrs protruding from the case fixing parts to be inserted with the joint hook of the winding case. |
