摘要 PURPOSE: A DNA fragment marker for identifying pork meat quality using SNPs of a muscle-specific microRNA-1 region is provided to early diagnose an individual with improved meat quality, and to develop high quality meat. CONSTITUTION: A DNA fragment marker for identifying pork meat quality contains 15-700 continuous sequences containing 434th base(C) and 632th base(G) in a sequence of sequence number 1. The DNA fragment marker reduces drip loss. A primer for detecting SNPs related to meat quality of a pig microRNA-1 precursor-surrounding site contains an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 2 and 3. A primer set for detecting SNP related to meat quality of the microRNA-1 precursor-surrounding site contains an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 4 and 5, and an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 7 and 8.
