SCAFFOLD LOADED WITH IMMUNOCYTES FOR ANTICANCER IMMUNOTHERAPY

摘要

The present invention provides a scaffold for anti-cancer immunotherapy, in which immunocytes are loaded and are transplanted to a patient with cancer for anti-cancer immunotherapy; a method for manufacturing the same, and a use thereof. The immunocyte-loaded scaffold for anti-cancer immunotherapy can be manufactured by a simple process. When the immunocyte-loaded scaffold is transplanted to a tumor site in a patient with cancer, the immunocytes are gradually and topically released to the tumor site without loss of the immunocytes unlike existing anti-cancer immunotherapy by general venoclysis, thereby having superior anticancer treatment effect.
