PURPOSE: A toothbrush head structure facilitating the angle adjustment of a toothbrush plate and a toothbrush having the same are provided to effectively remove dental plaque by smoothly moving the toothbrush plate according to a teeth brushing angle of a user as the toothbrush plate is elastically connected to a toothbrush head body while being separately arranged. CONSTITUTION: A toothbrush head structure includes a toothbrush plate (100) with a plurality of bristles; a body including a lateral unit (210) connecting the bristles to be separately arranged at constant intervals and a joint portion joined to a grip of a toothbrush; and an elastic string elastically connecting the toothbrush plate and the lateral unit of the body for elastically controlling the toothbrush plate. |
