PURPOSE: An illegal vehicle control system using an emergency vehicle and an illegal vehicle control method using the same are provided to control a vehicle hindering the route of a fire truck when the fire truck goes into action, by selecting and processing the illegal vehicle automatically. CONSTITUTION: A warning sound output part (10) outputs a warning sound according to an input signal. A vehicle number recognition part (40) recognizes the number of a vehicle in an image photographed by a photographing device. An illegal vehicle judgment part (50) judges existence of a vehicle violating an established standard action under the state that the warning sound is outputted from the warning sound output part. A control part (70) controls to drive the warning sound output part and the photographing device, and receives and processes vehicle information and photographing information for the illegal vehicle judged in the illegal vehicle judgment part from the photographing device and the vehicle number recognition part.
