The invention discloses a spraying method and spraying equipment for a two-component coating. The spraying method comprises the following steps: a first component and a second component of the coating are prepared, wherein the first component comprises modified emulsified asphalt, and the second component comprises a water solution of calcium chloride; the first component and the second componentare respectively placed into a first container and a second container; an engine is started, a first pump and a second pump are simultaneously driven by a rotation device; the first component inside the first container is absorbed into a first pipeline by the first pump and delivered to a first spray gun through a third pipeline; and the second component inside the second container is absorbed into a second pipeline by the second pump and delivered to a second spray gun through a fourth pipeline. When the two-component coating is sprayed, a gunlock of the first spray gun and a gunlock of the second spray gun are simultaneously pulled so that the first component and the second component are respectively sprayed out of the first spray gun and the second spray gun and then converged and instantly reacted and fallen on a substance to be sprayed to form a film layer. The method combines the advantages of coiled (sheet) materials and coatings. |
