The present invention relates to a method for managing privacy (worry, trouble, secret, etc) or a self-opinion using SNS (including PC Web basis) and wire and wireless terminals, and an apparatus for the same, the method comprising the steps of: allowing an SNS information processing device to receive, from a user terminal, lock data including secret information which a user want to hide; and allowing the SNS information processing device to lock the lock data and register the lock data in a database for each user such that the received lock data can be hidden. The identity of users can be protected on the SNS by hiding, by the system, data ( lock data in the present invention ) including the secret information such as worries or anxieties which the user want to hide. According to a request of the user, the user can selectively search and access the data. If help is needed, the user can get help from others by opening the data to a specified person or all people.
