<p>Provided are a touch sensor chip, a touch sensing device including the touch sensor chip, and a noise removing method for a touch panel. The touch sensing device includes an electronic device which runs using a clock signal; and a touch sensor chip which is placed adjacent to the electronic device, apply a driving signal to a touch panel where a touch signal is input, and, if the noise level at the frequency of the driving signal is greater than a noise threshold, hop the frequency of the driving signal as much as the hopping interval. The hopping interval depends on the exciting frequency of the touch sensor chip.
