FAN FOR USE IN ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A fan for use in animal husbandry comprises: a fan and a support. The support consists of a rotation system, a power system, and an electronic control system. A helical tooth-worm reduction gear (2) is disposed on a motor shaft of the rotation system. A transmission shaft (3) and an electric cabinet (9) are disposed on the reduction gear (2). The transmission shaft (3) meshes with the gear on a rotation shaft (4) through a worm mechanism. Couplings are arranged at equal intervals on the transmission shafts (3) at the left and right sides of the rotation shaft (4). An inner cavity of the rotation shaft (4) is provided with a bearing (7), and is connected with a surface bearing (8). A fan angle adjustment support (10) is disposed at the lower portion of the rotation shaft (4) and the surface bearing (8). The fan angle adjustment support (10) is provided with a fan housing (11). A manufacturing method for the fan is further provided. The fan housing (11) is made up of rotational-molding plastics. The fan angle adjustment support is rotatable, so as to expand air supply area of the fan. The fan housing has high intensity and is safe and reliable.
