A food waste hydrolysis and spray explosion system comprises a spray explosion tank and an explosion bearing cabin disposed below the spray explosion tank. A feeding port, a thermometer, and a mechanical sealing device are disposed at the top of the housing of the spray explosion tank. An agitator shaft penetrates through the mechanical sealing device and extends into the housing of the spray explosion tank. A first helical ribbon agitator located in the housing of the spray explosion tank is disposed on the agitator shaft. At least two annular air inlet devices are disposed on a side wall of the housing of the spray explosion tank, and a pressure gauge and a discharge port are disposed at the bottom of the housing of the spray explosion tank. A catalyst in the tank is uniformly mixed with a material by stirring, and mechanical processing can be performed on the material after spray explosion. In addition, heat energy of high-temperature and high-pressure steam is effectively recovered and utilized, and waste gas is recovered.
