<p>Provided are an area positioning system and method. The system extracts geographic information of an area push message, and based on an established area positioning information base according to the extracted geographic information, the system further performs location positioning in a corresponding area by using the established area positioning information base. In a condition without using any specific positioning chip, the precision of the location positioning is effectively improved, and the cost of the location positioning is effectively reduced.</p> |
