PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and costs of an apparatus, while reducing the number of components and electrical contacts between an intermediate transfer unit and an apparatus body.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer unit that can be removed from an apparatus body of an image forming apparatus includes: contact rollers that are provided corresponding to photosensitive drums to contact an intermediate transfer belt; an opposing member; and a potential maintenance element that is connected with the opposing member and the contact rollers. |
