PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus management system, an apparatus information acquisition method, and an apparatus information acquisition program which can acquire apparatus information of a local apparatus without installing special software in an information processing device connected with the local apparatus.SOLUTION: An apparatus management system comprises: an information processing device locally connected with an apparatus; and an apparatus management device connected with the information processing device via a network. The information processing device comprises registration means for registering apparatus information of the apparatus. The apparatus management device comprises: retrieval means for retrieving the information processing device; determination means for determining whether it is possible to access the apparatus via the information processing device retrieved by the retrieval means by performing remote operation on the information processing device; and first apparatus information acquisition means for acquiring apparatus information of the apparatus registered by the registration means of the information processing device, when the determination result made by the determination means indicates that it is impossible to access the apparatus. |
