PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition capable of being produced through a simple process and excellent in recyclability, and to provide an electric wire and cable using the same.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition is configured to comprise: at least one elastomer selected from the group comprising a chloroprene rubber, a chlorosulfonated rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, an epichlorohydrin rubber, an acrylic rubber, a fluororubber, and vinyl chloride; and an ionic compound to be bonded to a main chain of the elastomer through an nitrogen atom and to be mutually crosslinked through a dipole-dipole interaction. |
