The present invention relates to a wrinkle removing implant, and more particularly, to a wrinkle removing implant in which thread is implanted at a precise point in the skin of a patient and does not move and is fixed within the skin after a surgical procedure to improve a wrinkle removing effect. The wrinkle removing implant of the present invention is a device that includes a needle and thread for removing wrinkles, the wrinkle removing implant comprising a needle having a through-hole through the center thereof; a handle fixed to the end of the needle and having a through-hole through the center thereof; and thread that includes inner thread inserted into the through-hole of the needle and into the through-hole of the handle, and outer thread connected to the inner thread and exposed to the outside of the needle.
