<p>PURPOSE: Waterproof and moisture proof kraft paper and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to insert and adhere a synthetic resin film or replace existing packaging paper such as laminated cement. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating unbleached kraft packaging paper comprises: a step of primarily coating one side of the unbleached kraft paper with a basis weight of 50-120 gsp with a coating solution selected among a coating solution containing 1-6% of gelatinized starch, a coating solution containing 1-10% of a paraffin wax emulsion in a methanol or ethanol solution, and a coating solution containing 1-10% of a polyethylene emulsion in a methanol or ethanol solution to form a primary coating layer(7); and a step of coating with a coating solution containing 5-20% of a cellulose derivative to an acetate-based solvent, and forming a secondary coating layer(8).</p> |
