<p>Disclosed is a method for avoiding a conflict between a measurement opportunity and a data transmission opportunity. The method comprises: performing conflict arbitration at the boundary of each transmission time interval (TTI) of data transmission and outputting an arbitration result; and proposing a conflict solution according to the arbitration result: measurement compromise or data transmission compromise. Meanwhile, further disclosed is a device for avoiding a conflict between a measurement opportunity and a data transmission opportunity. By means of the method and the device of the present invention, when a conflict is generated between a measurement opportunity and a data transmission opportunity, it can be ensured that radio access technology (RAT) measurement of a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system and data transmission of a current system can both be performed normally.</p> |
