BAG BREAKING AND CRUSHING DEVICE WITH CUTTER CLEANING FUNCTION FOR MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE

A bag breaking and crushing device with a cutter cleaning function for municipal solid waste comprises a housing (1) and a crushing chamber (2) located in the housing (1). A revolving shaft (3) is disposed in the crushing chamber (2), and a roller (4) is fixedly mounted on the revolving shaft (3). Several five-edge sharp cutter heads (5) are distributed on the roller (4). A cutter cleaning device (6) fitting the five-edge sharp cutter heads (5) is further disposed in the crushing chamber (2), and the cutter cleaning device (6) is connected to a hydraulic device (7) controlling opening and closing of the cutter cleaning device (6). Tooth plates (8, 10) fitting the five-edge sharp cutter head (5) for crushing materials are further disposed in the crushing chamber (2), and have teeth welded thereon. The crushing device can better implement a pre-treatment process for waste resource utilization, can effectively process various hard materials and flexible materials, has functions of preventing winding, breaking large pieces, and breaking large bags, and improves the crushing efficiency in waste processing.
