PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control system capable of preventing that an illuminating fixture is wrongly turned off in the case where there is a person within a detection area of a wireless transmitter.SOLUTION: An illumination control system 1 comprises: a plurality of wireless transmitters 8a and 8b for performing operation control of an illuminating fixture 9 on the basis of respective detection results by an illuminance sensor and a heat ray sensor; a wireless receiver 7 for communicating with the plurality of wireless transmitters 8a and 8b wirelessly; a terminal unit 3 for relay control for controlling the illuminating fixture 9 to be a control target; and a transmission unit 2 connected with the wireless receiver 7 and the terminal unit 3 for relay control via a signal line to transmit/receive control data. Each wireless transmitter 8a, 8b changes a type of control information to be transmitted to the wireless receiver 7 on the basis of a magnitude relation between a setting illuminance value of the illuminance sensor that is preliminarily set and a circumferential illuminance value detected by the illuminance sensor, and thereby, prevents that the illuminating fixture 9 is wrongly turned off. |
