PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system, a delivery management method, and a delivery management program, for supporting efficient sending of an article to be delivered and precisely collecting a delivery charge.SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a service management server 20 records sender information of a use application request in a reception management data storage part 23, and executes settlement processing concerning the delivery and processing for generating label printing data. The control part 21 encrypts an attached tracking number, generates the label printing data of a second code image including the same, transmits it to a printing apparatus 12 through a user terminal 11, and prints a delivery label. A code reader 40 reads the second code image of the delivery label of an article to be delivered arriving at a receiving base via a mailbox, and transmits it to the service management server 20. The control part 21 of the service management server 20 executes status recording processing when the acquired tracking number is registered and there is no delivery status the same as the delivery status "reception". |
