PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dosage form suitable for intravenous injection which poses no problem when determining appropriate administration configuration carried by the dosage form, whereas existing parenteral gemcitabine hydrochloride injections are available either in a dosage form of sterilized lyophilized powder or a concentrated solution.SOLUTION: A large-capacity injection dosage form of gemcitabine includes a stabilized large-capacity solution of gemcitabine in an aqueous medium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof filled in a large-capacity injection container, wherein the solution is a solution which is ready-to-be-infused.
