PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic Offner spectrometer and various components, such as a diffraction grating and slit, all of which are manufactured by using a state-of-the-art diamond machining process.SOLUTION: A monolithic Offner spectrometer 102 is directly manufactured by using a diamond machining process. Or the monolithic Offner spectrometer 102 is manufactured by using molds which are made by a diamond machining process. A diffraction grating 112 is directly manufactured by using a diamond machining process. Or the diffraction grating 112 is manufactured by using a mold which is made by a diamond machining process. A slit 104 is directly manufactured by using a diamond machining process. |
