An LED structure include a substrate, a light-emitting structure disposed on the substrate, at least one surface plasmon (SP) structure, and a first and a second electrodes. The light-emitting structure has a first electrical type semiconductor layer, an active layer, a second electrical type semiconductor layer, and a first conductive layer sequentially stacked. The active layer is located at a first portion of the first electrical type semiconductor layer and exposed from a second portion of the first electrical type semiconductor layer. The first and the second electrical type semiconductor layer have different electrical types. The SP structure is concavely disposed in the first conductive layer and the second electrical type semiconductor layer. The first and the second electrodes are disposed on the second portion of the first electrical type semiconductor layer and the first conductive layer, respectively.
