The method involves appearing of a complementary document by browser call with a menu bar (1), an action field (2), a dropdown tool list (3), a representation surface (5) and a function step recorder (7) on a display surface of an operating device. Step fields are graphically represented in a step sequence controller (8) by activation of the function step recorder. Special tools (4) are called from the dropdown tool list by a user. The called tools in a sequence are activated by the user when the complementary document is used by another user by activation of the step sequence controller.
