PURPOSE: A radio controlled toy, and a communication control method thereof are provided to use data enciphering of self-authenticating mode, thereby preventing data confusion and transmitting data in a way of having a low error rate. CONSTITUTION: A radio controlled toy comprises: a radio driver for receiving radio signals which are sent from the outside, and operated by the received radio signals; and a radio control part(190) for setting an ID inputted by a user, generating the radio signals by giving control bit corresponding to the control function inputted by the user to the ID, and sending the radio signals. The ID comprises two English letters with capital and a small letters and two digit numbers.
