PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine rotational speed control apparatus capable of removing the fine fluctuation of a command value of a target rotational speed which an operator does not intend.SOLUTION: An engine rotational speed control apparatus 4 is provided with a noise elimination processing unit 6 for correcting a command value. The noise elimination processing unit 6 is configured to set a current first output value B(i) to be the same as a previous first output value B(i-1) when, in the most-recent group of steps, the number of successive increased steps is smaller than a first predetermined number n and the number of successive decreased steps is smaller than the first predetermined number n. An increased step has a current first input value A(i) larger than a previous first output value B(i-1) by a first setting width n or larger. A decreased step has the current first input value A(i) smaller than the previous first output value B(i) by the first setting width n or larger. |
