PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control a fire broken out in a building.SOLUTION: A fire extinguishing appliance for controling a fire broken out inside an obstacle includes: a spray fire-extinguishing means for providing fire-extinguishing water or a mixture blending an abrasive in the fire-extinguishing water; a gas fire-extinguishing means for providing fire-extinguishing gas; and an injection means which selectively sprays the fire-extinguishing water, the mixture of the fire-extinguishing water and the abrasive, or the fire-extinguishing gas through the spray fire-extinguishing means and the gas fire-extinguishing means. The mixture of the fire-extinguishing water and the abrasive is sprayed to go through the obstacle to secure a pathway, and the fire-extinguishing water and the fire-extinguishing gas are sprayed to the inside of the obstacle through the pathway. |
