PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control rod driving pipe, a manufacturing method therefor, and an installing method therefor of a pressure water light-water reactor.SOLUTION: A control rod driving pipe includes a pipe body 16 designed to penetrate an aperture 17 of a head of a nuclear reactor pressure container 13, and an offset flange 11 formed at a predetermined position in a periphery of the pipe body 16. The offset flange 11 expands from a first point to a second point in the periphery of the pipe body 16.
