PURPOSE: A tungsten/titania-based catalyst for ammonia removal, a manufacturing method of the same, and a removal method of ammonia are provided to prevent air pollution by preventing the generation of nitrogen oxides during an ammonia oxidation process. CONSTITUTION: A tungsten/titania-based catalyst for ammonia removal carries, dries, and plasticizes a tungsten precursor and a titania carrier. The tungsten precursor is tungsten oxide, and the content of the tungsten precursor is in a range between 8 and 13 weight% based on the weight of the titania carrier. The plasticizing process is maintained under atmosphere at a temperature between 400 and 650 deg C for 1 to 8 hours. The plasticizing process is implemented in a furnace of a tube type furnace, a convection type furnace, and a fire grate type furnace. |
