A legitimacy confirmation login authentication system and a legitimacy confirmation login authentication method are disclosed. The legitimacy confirmation login authentication system comprises an account confirmation unit for confirming account information corresponding to a login request; a legitimacy confirmation unit for transmitting a predetermined confirmation signal to the terminal of a legitimate user corresponding to the login request; a control unit for enabling a the user terminal to log out or to maintain login when a user terminal requests login to a predetermined account of a web server providing a service. The control unit allows the login for all login requests authenticated based on login information. The legitimacy confirmation unit transmits the confirmation signal to the user terminal corresponding to the account which is allowed to log in and executes legitimacy confirmation procedure for all login requests.
