PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measurement device capable of well discriminating whether a gas appliance in use is a fuel battery or not, while effectively preventing wasteful consumption of gas.SOLUTION: A flow measurement device 10A comprises a gas appliance discrimination part 12 which discriminates the type of gas appliances 20 in use by using a flow pattern representing the temporal variation in gas flow. In the case that the gas appliances 20 include a fuel battery system 21, the flow pattern has a variation range of gas flow which is within a flow zone set to the fuel battery system 21. |
