PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve calculation accuracy of a physical property value.SOLUTION: A calculation support apparatus 101 calculates a potential value at a point for each point of a point group set to a face 112 covering a target molecular model 111. The calculation support apparatus 101 determines an arrangement point at which the target molecular model 111 and a cylinder model 122 including a solvent molecular model 121 forming a solvent model are connected, on the basis of the potential value at the calculated point from the point group set to the face 112. For example, the calculation support apparatus determines a point (1) at which the absolute value of a potential value becomes maximum, as the arrangement point at which the cylinder model 122 is connected from the point group set to the face 112. |
