PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that acquires a high-quality bit map image.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: pixel value acquisition means 121 that acquires pixel values of new pixels obtained by increasing the resolution of a first bit map image using pixel values of plural original pixels around positions where the new pixels are disposed in the first bit map image; representative value acquisition means 122 that acquires a representative value of pixel values of plural new pixels disposed in each area in which each original pixel is disposed; correction value acquisition means 123 that acquires a correction value using the pixel value of each original pixel and the representative value acquired for the area where each original pixel is disposed; and pixel value correction means 124 that uses the correction value to correct the pixel value of each original pixel. The correction processing for correcting the original pixels is repeated once or plural times. A second bit map image composed of plural new pixels having pixel values acquired by the pixel value acquisition means 121 using the pixel values of the plural original pixels corrected by the repeating is acquired.
