PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause identification information of a serial number or the like imparted in an identification sticker for being adhered to a card handed to a customer as a registration identification tag, to be not distinguishable to a third party, and to make going into and approach to a customer database impossible by a third party.SOLUTION: An IC card and ID of a cellular phone owned by a customer, and information concerning a customer are memorized to be linked in a database, a sticker in which a registration identification number that identifies a customer concerned is printed to an adhesive surface, and can be released is issued, and the IC card and the cellular phone are used as a member's card.
